Items must not be worn, must have labels intact and be returned in the original packaging and condition sold in.
The cost of returning the item and responsibility for the item is yours we recommend using a trackable, signed for service so that the package does not get lost in the post. We do not refund any original shipping cost.
If you are returning an item for a refund you must send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund (of the item) and fill in the returns form included in your delivery. Returned items received after 14 days will not be accepted. We process returns within 3-5 days of receiving, sometimes this can be a little longer during sale times. Please bear with us during these busy times. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
If you would like an exchange, no problem! Please follow the first return steps and make a note on the returns form what you would like to exchange for. You can also give us a call or email then we can always reserve an item for you. We can't guarantee that we will have the size you need but we will try our best.
