HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

This depends on where you are. UK Mainland shipping is free using Interlink Next Day Service. For all overseas orders, there is a flat rate of £15 charged

DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT?

All orders on multiple items are treated as one delivery, so you will not be charged per item. All UK orders are free regardless of the quantity, and International orders will only be charged more than £15 if they exceed 5kg in weight.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

For UK orders we aim to process all orders placed before 3pm so that they are shipped the same day. We use Interlink Express Next day delivery service. All orders placed after 3pm Thursday will be processed the following day and delivered on the next available working day.

For international orders, we still aim to process and dispatch the orders the same day if received before 3pm. We use Airsure or International Sign for, whichever one is quicker. We provide tracking numbers so you can track your parcel right to your door.

CAN I HAVE AN ITEM DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

YES!

We know for a lot of people this is a big issue, as no one has any time at home any more, especially to wait for deliveries! You must enter your billing address on the payment page, as this will have to match with your card details in order for your order to be processed. When you progress to the next stage, simply uncheck the box that is ticked, and then enter your delivery address in the new form that appears.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE DISCOUNT?

Did you enter the discount code? Valid discount codes will be displayed in the homepage, along with Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Our philosophy is simple...you want the discount, enter the correct code. If you do not enter the code, you will not receive the discount.

WILL THERE ALWAYS BE DISCOUNT CODES?

No. We will do as many offers as we can, and these will always be announced on all our social media outlets (links on the homepage). Keep an eye out on any of these for weekly deals and monthly special offers.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

In the unlikely event that you may not like the goods you order, you can return them for a full refund as long as the items are returned within 14 days of the original purchase, and in the exact same condition they were sold in (unworn, with tags etc). We unfortunately can not cover the cost of returning an item.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We make every effort to ensure each garment is checked over before sending. If you do somehow find a fault with the item, either a manufacturers fault, or a flaw in the design that makes the item unfit for its purpose, you can return the item for a full refund. In the instance of genuine faults, the cost of returning the item will also be covered.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We suggest you return the item using a recorded delivery service. We need to physically sign for an item before we can process a return. We will not refund any item that has been lost in the post when sent during a non trackable service. Any returns should be authorised by email before hand using the contact form provided.
